Recently I had a wonderful opportunity as a psychotherapist to participate with two clients in deep breathwork as led by Lorin Bice. Amazing is the only word I can come up with. She offered me to participate in the breathwork with my clients and I am so grateful I did. Transcendent.  First, Lorin spent time explaining exactly what was going to happen and the response in one’s body and mind that often do occur.  Then she facilitated the breathwork with energizing music followed by a Sound bath. Incredible!

I found myself leaving my body, coming back and leaving it again. The release work with the offer of primal screams was liberating. I found myself forgetting my role as a psychotherapist sitting with clients, but rather just a soul sharing space with other souls.

Deep breathwork, when it is done right like Lorin does, is simply transformative. It is one of those things that is difficult to fully explain and that which needs to be experienced.

I would highly recommend this deep expressive breathwork which Lorin leads! It is a wonderful gift to yourself.
